Home Adaption for NHS Discharge Trust
Instruction: Demolish small, singular, unsafe existing step. Build two steps in shuttered concrete with extra width, custom build handrail and stain.
SMOKING SHELTER
Sheltered Housing
Instruction: Order & install residents smoking shelter for a large sheltered housing organisation.
ELECTRIC CARE SHOWER
Warden Assisted Accommodation
Instruction: Disconnect and remove faulty shower. Install new Thermostatic Care Shower and programme to safe temperature on max setting.
HOB INSTALLATION
Landlord
Instruction: Remove old electric hob, replace with new, energy efficient model, cutting larger opening into worktop for replacement to fit.
CONCRETE BASE

Instruction: Build reinforced concrete slab base for large wooden garage.
FIRE DOOR CLOSERS

Instruction: Replace a series of overhead door closers in accordance with fire inspection audit.
