GENERAL REPAIRS & IMPROVEMENTS: Maintenance requirements can range widely. Warped door or window, door lock, door latch, broken floorboard, damaged seating area, redecoration or floor painting, are just examples of the many tasks that we are able to undertake.

PAT TESTING: You have a legal requirement to ensure electrical appliances are deemed safe to use. We offer service to carry out the electrical testing necessary.
Our PAT testing includes:

• Labels

• Test report

• Certificate

Where possible, we also offer service to replace broken plugs or fuses.
